Jam-Perfect

Just a quick pop in to say that the Strawberry Jam recipe is a huge hit. It came out awesome. It's not cloying or crazy choke-you sweet. You can taste all the fresh fruit and a bit of honey.

I couldn't be happier right now!

Next step is to get some labels for the ones I am giving away. Once out of the freezer, the 8 ounce "jar" lasts 3 weeks. Yeah, right. As if.
